Europol operates a 24/7 specialised IT service desk that supports over 2 300 internal and external customers on 24/7 basis (so-called 'Level 1 support') and requires external support for the successful performance of the services linked to this task; the contract shall cover the delivery of service desk (helpdesk) and ICT business support services.
