Development and Maintenance of the iSupport electronic case management and secure communication system
ISupport is a case management system for end-users including a connection to an external communication system (e-CODEX). The iSupport application will be used by caseworkers in Central Authorities (designated Under the 2009 EU Regulation on maintenance obligations and the 2007 Convention for the international recovery of child support) worldwide to store and process data for the purpose of facilitating cross border maintenance recovery. The solution shall also provide Central Authorities with secure connections to exchange automatically generated forms and messages. Maintenance of the solution encompasses all maintenance and support activities in an international and multiclient environment.
