This tender relates to Nuon’s intention to develop, design, engineer, construct, commission and deliver a up to 120 MW -biomass fired- heat only boiler at its existing location in Diemen, connected to the Amsterdam area district heating grid. With this new plant, Nuon aims to produce a significant amount of green heat. The heat produced by the new facility will be used to fulfil base load heat demand.

Voor de opslag van strooizout wordt in de gemeente Assen gebruik gemaakt van een houten silo met een inhoud van 200 m³. Door het groeiende te strooien areaal in Assen is de opslagcapaciteit van de huidige silo steeds in mindere mate toereikend. De kans dat de opslag leeg raakt moet, ook tijdens lang aanhoudend winterweer, geminimaliseerd worden. Daarom is besloten de opslagcapaciteit te vergroten door een extra zoutsilo te plaatsen. De inhoud van deze silo dient minimaal 250 m³ te zijn.
