The scope comprises the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and optional maintenance of the Works.

Description: for the successful implementation of the intended contract, the Candidate is required to have a thorough experience with equivalent to subject scope and ‘brownfield’ projects.
Within the last 10 years, the Candidate or combination of Candidates shall have had an adequate and successful experience with a multi-discipline project in a brownfield power-plant environment whereby an existing coal mill has been modified to be able to mill 100 % wood pellets.
