The scope of the procedure is to sign contracts with all 3 — 5 star hotels in the Hague area (further defined in the selection criteria in the Invitation to tender) that fulfil the requirements, in order to cover Europol’s needs for hotel rooms, during the contract period. The scope of this procedure is the provision of local hotel accommodation and meeting facilities for Eurojust in the municipalities of The Hague, Voorburg-Leidschendam or Rijswijk. As a result of this procurement procedure, Eurojust will draw up 2 lists: 1. a list of hotels for providing accommodation services; 2. a list of hotels for providing meeting facilities.
