Video Conferencing Tool (VCT)

This European open tendering procedure is related to the Video Conferencing Tool/Virtual classroom (VCT) and will be executed in line with the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012.
The tender document focuses on the acquisition of a new VCT for the UG. This video conferencing tool is a native Software-as-a-Service platform which can integrate with our LMS Brightspace and our video platform Kaltura. The VCT allows for one-to-one and one-to-many virtual meetings. The video platform will be available for all students and staff; main use is educational, but other purposes (e.g. marketing or research) will also make use of the solution. The VCT may also be used for meetings (e.g. online staff meetings), but the UG reserves the rights to use other tool(s) for this purpose as well.
