The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with entrepreneurs offering sufficient expertise in the field of various sub-items within aviation and aviation advice. A Framework Agreement will offer the ministry a way to work together with specialised market parties, in a prepared and structured manner, on formulating an aviation and airport policy.
