The contract consists of two agreements which are intended to be concluded at the same time, namely one agreement for the delivery of CTS devices including accessories, and other associated goods and services, and one agreement for the performance of maintenance to the CTS devices including the delivery and/or rendering of associated goods and services, at request.

The scope of delivery consists of the delivery of 108 devices of CTS including accessories, with the right to invoke optional additional delivery of maximum 39 CTS devices including accessories immediately upon signature of the contract and another maximum 75 within 60 months, taking into account a minimum order quantity of 3 devices.

Furthermore, an Initial Spare Parts Package for three years, Special Tools and Test Equipment, documentation and the provision of training.
The scope for the performance of maintenance at request to CTS consists of preventive and corrective maintenance (including delivery of new CTS if declared ‘total loss’), the delivery of spare parts and components and the provision of training.
Duur: 18 maanden

The Contract consist of two agreements whereby the one for the performance of maintenance at request is set on 10 years, with the option for extension by two years each time.
