The Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries (CBI, a subsidiary of RVO) has formulated a project to support the development of the olive oil sector in Morocco. The Contracting Authority applies a maximum Contract Period of 60 months because this is the duration of the CBI project in Morocco. It is essential for a successful execution of the project that the CPM’s have a stable labour relation during the project and that they can depend on the Contractor as their employer. A change of Contractor during the life of the project is therefore undesirable.
