— support services and maintenance ('Support'),

— further development ('Evolve').
The detailed scope is further described in question 1.1.2 on the Negometrix platform in the document 'High level tender scope for NGES_Version Call for Competition.pdf' that is attached as an appendix to this question. In the Awarding phase the scope may be further detailed. Any current and future group companies of TenneT (as meant in article 2:24b of the Netherlands Civil Code) will be permitted to make use of the agreement.

This tender is a substantially revised version of the previous tender with similar scope with Negometrix number 105658 and EU reference 2019/S 027-061083 which was withdrawn on 26.4.2019. The tender was withdrawn because the selection phase resulted in too little competition for the awarding phase. Furthermore some adjustments in the scope of the tender needed to be applied.
