General rules for the NDA procedure:
— interested parties must use TenneT's NDA. It is not permitted to use and return a signed NDA on the basis of Interested parties' NDA

— 26.11.2019 12.00 is a hard deadline. TenneT cannot grant access to the aforementioned Public European Tender Procedure to Interested parties who submit the signed NDA later than the deadline.
After 26.11.2019, TenneT will only add Interested parties to the tender who have returned a signed NDA.
The scope consists of the following items:
— licenses, including license model and maintenance fee,
— implementation of the software including data management.
Capability and interfacing
—— implementation and configuration;
—— implementation of required interfaces towards TenneT integration.
Layer (e.g. messaging system, service bus).
—— testing;
—— transition to software integrator and functional application management (FAM);
—— aftercare for implemented application;
—— training of users.
—— make solution available in the necessary LAB, Development, Test and Acceptance environments.
—— initial 24/7 support for the first year after go-live.
Optional scope:
— consultancy support during migration of the current flows (approximately 650 flows) to the new solution. Consultancy can consist of: advice how to migrate, support with issues, help with migrating the flows itself during a migration period of 3 months or longer, support of end users),
— 24/7 support for the second year and further (contract per year),
— additional licences which might be needed in case additional servers are needed for scaling.
