Mobile Services (EU-226)
With this tender TenneT aims to outsource Mobile Services (voice, data and device) for all users in Germany and the Netherlands.
The TenneT user organization is currently standardized on iOS and iPhones, therefor the Mobile Services will at first be based on iOS and iPhones.
However, TenneT requests a flexible contract that facilitates a transition of the Mobile Services to another Operating System, e.g. Android combined with a random smartphone.
