— Standard software and corresponding maintenance; this includes additional licenses and/or changing maintenance of the ‘known’ software installed base;
— Software as a Service and ‘Cloud’ software;
— Software Asset Management services and software license optimization, advice and related services;
— Advice and market research on new requested software functionalities;
— Dedicated support and services during implementation, upgrades and updates of software, training and consultancy;
— Web-based facilities dedicated to requests for quotations, placement of orders and reporting (e-portal);
— Detailed reporting regarding software maintenance and investments including specific terms and conditions.

Minimumeisen:

Technical or professional skill requirements (Suitability Requirement A-C):

Core competence 1: experience with advising on and supplying/reselling (certified partner at the highest level) of standard software packages from at least Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware and Citrix.

Core competence 2: must be able to advise on functionalities and the license models for software and related (strategic/tactical) policy decisions.

Core competence 3: is able to supply and advise on all current license models, such as ‘On-premise’, ‘Software as a Service’, ‘subscription’ and ‘lease’.

Quality requirement (Suitability Requirement D):

Tenderer has taken steps to ensure quality by adopting a quality management system in which Tenderer:

1. determines the processes needed for the quality management system and its application throughout the organization;

2. determines the sequence and interaction of these processes;

3. determines criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective;

4. ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes;

5. monitors, measures where applicable, and analyses these processes, and

6. implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes;

7. maintains and enforces quality management system documentation.

Tenderer has the availability of independent license specialists for at least the following software manufacturers: Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware and Citrix.
