Digitisation of Driving Licence Application
The Goverment Contract entails:
Granting (a) non-exclusive licence(s) for a Software Development Kit (SDK) for checking (online in real time as well as in batch) whether, and to what degree, a passport photo meets the ISO/IEC 19794-5 norm and determining (online in real time as well as in batch) the likelihood of the new passport photo and the passport photo already in the register being photos of the same person;
Providing technical support to users of the software;
Maintenance of the software, as well as development and improvement of the software.
