Internet and landline telephone services
The aim of this procurement procedure is to provide Eurojust with a quality, uninterrupted Internet and landline telephone services. These services are classed as business critical and, thus, they must be reliable, highly available and fault-tolerant (lot 1). In addition to Internet and landline telephone services, Eurojust also wants to purchase related services, i.e., universal international freephone numbers (UIFN) and freephone services (lot 2). Taking these requirements into consideration, Eurojust is seeking a contractor(s) capable of providing the services described in the technical specifications (Annex A) in accordance with the contractual conditions (Annex D), while ensuring the minimum services level requirements (Annex A.1). The tenderers should also consider submitting relevant proposals to the provision of the complementary services, which are specified in the technical specifications (Annex A) and is part of the award criteria. These services are not mandatory, but will be part of the contract, in case they are offered. In addition, the tenderers are requested to propose their solutions to Eurojust in reducing costs of the mandatory services (Internet and landline telephone services), while maintaining or improving the performance of the services. This is part of the award criteria and needs to be included in Annex B.
