Licences, maintenance, technical support, professional services, and functional enhancements to Luxid text mining software
The contract is essential for maintenance and optimal usage of the Luxid software as a fundamental component of Europol's current operational environment. Current licences will be maintained and new licences may be purchased. Integration and technical consultancy services will be covered by this contract. Additionally, this contract covers functional refinement and enhancement of Europol's dedicated Skill Cartridge.
