TenneT TSO B.V. (Client), as the responsible Transmission System Operator (TSO), is obliged to connect offshore wind farms in the Dutch North Sea to the onshore HV-power grid. Client is managing the operations of its Dutch Offshore High Voltage Substations, via the extra-high voltage cable connections from sea to land, also called a grid connection systems (GCS).
