Magnetic optical scanner (Europol)
Europol is regularly requested by countries all over the world to carry out technical and forensic examinations on euro banknotes suspected to be counterfeit. In order to carry out a full comprehensive technical/forensic report a device is required which can create an image (photo) of magnetic features of euro banknotes that can be compared with a genuine reference sample.
