IGBT line filter inductors (NedTrain B.V.)
During the winters of 2009/10/11/12 an analysis identified that the performance of the current line filter inductors in cold weather was the cause of significant delays for the VIRM fleet as well as the rootcause of unplanned maintenance. In order to resolve this Nedtrain will replace the line filter inductors to ensure they perform during the winter periods as well as the rest of the year. De procedure wordt uitgeschreven door de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, met als doel het contracteren van 1 of meer partijen die een 'Helium Liquefier', een 'Helium Dewar' en een 'Helium Recovery systemr' kan leveren.
