During the winters of 2009/10/11/12 an analysis identified that the performance of the current line filter inductors in cold weather was the cause of significant delays for the VIRM fleet as well as the rootcause of unplanned maintenance. In order to resolve this Nedtrain will replace the line filter inductors to ensure they perform during the winter periods as well as the rest of the year.
