Op de ontmoetingskantoren en werklocaties van Staatsbosbeheer worden facilitaire groothandelsartikelen gebruikt. Staatsbosbeheer wenst middels het doorlopen van een openbare aanbestedingsprocedure een overeenkomst met één leverancier te sluiten voor levering van facilitaire groothandelsartikelen. Hiermee voldoet Staatsbosbeheer aan haar wettelijke plichten. The scope of this procurement procedure is the leasing of hot beverage machines and the supply of consumables and the provision of related services as specified in the tender specifications and Annex A. Eurojust may, during 3 years following the conclusion of the initial contract, have recourse to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice for additional contracts involving supplies similar to those assigned to the party awarded this contract by the same contracting authority.
