PALLAS wishes to appoint a contract for this work in accordance with European public tendering law and chose the Restricted Procedure which consists of two phases: this pre-qualification stage (by Pre-Qualification Questionnaire - PQQ) followed by the invitation to tender stage (by Invitation to Tender - ITT).
We trust that you will be part of this by submitting the PQQ and then continuing with the Invitation to Tender stage.
