Amendment clause: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the Contract without initiating a new procurement procedure, with a maximum of three (3) additional Plenary Meeting, at an estimated value of € 100,000 - €200,000 per additional meeting and a total maximum additional value of € 600,000. The execution of these additional Plenary Meetings is subject to the following conditions: Availability of additional budget under the Grant Agreement as a result of underspend on other project components; Explicit written approval by the Contracting Authority for the execution of (an) additional Plenary Meeting(s). The decision to organise additional meetings may be taken by the project Management Team based on budget utilisation as determined in interim budget reports. The number of additional events and the budget per event will be determined through an analysis of the realised costs of the events that are included in the original tender/budget. Where an additional meeting is under consideration, the Contractor shall be requested to submit a quotation for that meeting, which shall be based on the rates set out in the budget breakdown submitted with the Contractor's tender submission. Any such modification shall not alter the overall nature of the Contract and shall not change the conditions that allowed the Contractor to be selected and the Contract to be awarded.
