Provision of the desired research management tooling for grants and research projects, including the underlying infrastructure, which is to be delivered via a SaaS model; including the relevant (managed) facilities and specified functionalities required for connecting with the University’s systems and services.

Implementation of the research management tooling, and its integration with the Contracting Authority’s application landscape, so that the tooling can be used without hindrance or used as may be expected.
Provisions (or environments) for testing and acceptance of new components and set-up of the tooling, in a production-like situation, without risk of disrupting production.
Application management and support for the research management tooling, including the integrations supplied.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the integrated solution.
Help and advice with the migration from the current solutions to the new solution.
Help and advice during the contract period (provision, not committed). See explanation in the next paragraph.
Training of approx. 15 functional administrators and key users for the first use of the tooling.
