created. In addition, the solution should be used to create the half-yearly report and other annual reports. TenneT is
looking for a CMS tool with which multiple annual reports and other products can be created for multichannel
applications with at least a clickable PDF (cPDF) and ESEF zip file (iXBRL) based on current and future requirements
from the EU (published by EFRAG). Clear account management at supplier-side (see also scope document).

Beschrijving van de verlengingen:
The initial contract length will be 3 years (including implementation period) with the option to extend the contract 3
periods of 24 months. The initial period of 3 years is chosen to get to know and use the tool, and to be flexible
enough, after this initial period to tender if the situation at TenneT or in the market has changed substantially. Total
maximal contract duration is 9 years
