The Tendering authority intends to conclude a Contract (Framework Agreement) for every separate lot for the duration of one and a half (1,5) years with a possible extension of three and a half (3,5) years. The duration of the total Contract period is estimated for five (5) years because this is the duration of the CBI project. It is important for the participating companies and organisations that the experts remain the same throughout the entire duration of the program, because of the built trust which results in good and effective cooperation. After this 5 years, the Tendering authority has the option of extending the Contract by a maximum of 6 months if the project has not been completed on time.
