By current we mean a valid proof of registration that is not older than six months at the time of submission of the Tender (counted from the closing date for submission of Tender).

The Tenderer with the Proposal that is designated as the Best Price/Quality Ratio has to submit for each of the past 3 financial years an auditor's report approving the annual accounts of those years.

These auditor’s reports have to be submitted within 7 calendar days after sending the request via CTM. If the auditor’s reports are not submitted in a timely fashion, your Proposal is invalid and we will exclude you from further participation in the Tendering Process.

The references show that you have experience with:

1. The Tenderer has executed a project in the development cooperation sector with a contract value of at least €100.000 (excl VAT) per year, whereby the Tenderer was responsible for the day-to-day organization and management of the project (the project management) and the Tenderer was ultimately responsible towards the Client for the execution of the project. The project was carried out in a professional manner and the project is delivered within the agreed term.

2. The Tenderer has executed a project concerning matchmaking and the dissemination of knowledge in Kenya. The project was carried out in accordance with the client’s specifications.

3. The Tenderer has executed a project concerning increasing the resilience to climate change in the agriculture business in arid areas. The project was carried out in accordance with the client’s specifications.
