The TU Delft will conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) tenderer per lot, for a period of two (2) years and seven (7) months. The Framework Agreement shall commence on 1 June 2026 and shall terminate on 31 December 2028. The preparation and implementation phase shall run from 1 June 2026 until 31 August 2026 at the latest. Following a period reserved for internal implementation by the contracting authority, the execution phase shall commence on 1 January 2027 and shall cover the delivery of courses over two (2) calendar years. A contract renewal option for two (2) extensions for a period of twelve (12) months per renewal will be included in the contract.
