This lot encompasses legal expertise in Employment and EU Civil Service Law. It primarily addresses legal matters involving Eurojust’s staff (Temporary and Contract Agents), who are governed by the Staff Regulations of Officials (SR) and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union (CEOS).
Occasionally, it may also cover national Labour Law, in particular Dutch Labour Law, in case required for temporary workers and external contractors. In this case, the contractor may need to subcontract the services with a Dutch law firm.
