Any CONTRACTOR that passes this pre-qualification will join a list of APPROVED SUPPLIERS and EBN aims to sign a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT with each of these CONTRACTORS with a zero-hour work commitment. If EBN requires seismic processing services, all APPROVED SUPPLIERS will then be invited in a “mini-tender” to bid on a specific work package for either processing newly acquired 2D or 3D seismic data or the reprocessing of vintage 2D or 3D seismic data. The scope for potential 2D seismic processing comprises the processing of newly acquired 2D seismic data, either regional long offset lines or short local 2D lines over possible SCAN research well locations as well as the reprocessing of vintage 2D seismic data, either explosives or vibroseis acquisition, mainly from the early 1970s to the late 1990s. Whilst the majority of 2D seismic data processing under this FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT will likely be for the SCAN 4 project, COMPANY may, in addition, also elect to use the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT to (re)process 2D seismic data on behalf of other stakeholders in the Netherlands. In such case, COMPANY will retain all project management responsibilities, and the execution of the seismic (re)processing shall be done as if the data were SCAN 4 data, with COMPANY remaining the sole contact for the CONTRACTOR.
If possible, the newly acquired data will be acquired with 5m receivers spacing, 60m shot spacing and with a maximum off set of 7000m using a split-spread geophone layout, giving a nominal fold of 116.
