The scope of the contract is testing F2 and theater fireworks. What also falls within the scope of the contract is:
• Providing a test report;
• Presenting findings, without drawing any conclusions;
• A licensed testing location;
• Be allowed to set off fireworks;
• Possessing the necessary equipment for testing fireworks;
• The possibility of temporarily storing the fireworks at the testing location;
• Space at the testing location to unpack fireworks, photograph them and assess labels;
• Demonstrable destruction of leftover fireworks. Testing 250 articles over +/- 20 days per year.
