Video Content Management System

The current video application landscape is fragmented. It includes multiple applications to create and store video content. Much of the content is generated in the creator's personal work environment and stored on personal devices and file locations. It is therefore difficult to maintain an overview of all the video material created at TU/e and searching for and retrieving video material is therefore also not easy Teachers have been introduced to the various tools at an accelerated pace due to the pandemic and need clarity on how to use the various tools.
Based on the experience, wishes have been expressed for improvements. There is a need for a user-friendly Easy Streaming Video Content Management solution that includes:
- Better service and support in video editing and live streaming
- Higher availability of the live streaming functionality
- Improved functionality for the ability to easily copy video content into the next year's curriculum
