The scope of this tender includes the purchase of services that are used for capacity calculations and simulation(s) of heat networks. The purchase includes the licensing, implementation, support and training of the users of the software. Preference is given to a SaaS solution. The core service consists of capacity calculations, making a heat transport plan (set points of all installations), near real-time simulation for places where no measurements are available, forecasting the process conditions of the network, and giving advice (new set points) in case of deviations in the network and maintenance of the simulation model. For this Gasunie wants to select a supplier that can supply the licenses for the services with the desired functionalities and that will take care of the implementation and configuration of the services.
