E3 E1 Cover for liability risk: The Tenderer must be sufficiently insured against liability risks in connection with the execution of the Contract/Framework Agreement. To that end, the Contracting Authority considers a minimum cover of €3,000,000.00 per event and a minimum cover of €5,000,000.00 per calendar year appropriate. By signing the European Single Procurement Document, the Tenderer also declares that the insurance will remain in place for at least the aforementioned amount during the contract period.
