DIFFER has initiated the design and realization of a Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) research facility for the fabrication and characterization of high-performing metal-oxide thin films for energy applications in academic and industrial research on small (1 inch) and large (4 inch) substrates. The facility will be open to internal and external users. Hence, DIFFER requires the PLD research facility to be easy to use by multiple people in parallel, to be highly reliable and to have very little down-time. 2.200.000,- EURO

By signing the European Single Procurement Document, the Tenderer also declares that the insurance will remain in place for at least the aforementioned amount during the contract period.
