Delivery and maintenance thermal manikin (Netherlands)
The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Tender for the procurement of the delivery and maintenance of a thermal manikin. The tendering procedure will be conducted as a public procedure pursuant to the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 (AW2012). The Contract involves the delivery and maintenance of a thermal manikin to de Contracting Authority in the Netherlands. The intended purpose of this thermal manikin is to support research on the thermal properties of clothing and equipment, particularly those utilized by military personnel. The outcomes of such research contribute to the safety of military personnel operating in hot or cold conditions. After delivery, the thermal manikin should be able to maintained for at least 10 years or as long as the thermal manikin remains functional and will be used by the Contracting Authority.
