As the current Framework Agreements for smaller advisory Assignments will expire at short notice, the Contracting Authority organises this tender. The Assignments under these Framework Agreements are related to technical, financial/economic and procurement advisory. The Assignments can be executed at different stages of a project; at the project application stage, but also throughout the development and procurement stages of the infrastructure project up until the closing of contracts (for execution). More information about the Work relating to the different types of assessments can be found at the Terms of Reference (Appendix 7). Maximum of 500,000 Euro per lot (5 lots) over a period of 4 years

E8 Arvodi 2018 (appendix 6) and concept framework agreement (appendix 16), Non Disclosure Agreement (appendix 12) and Concept Waiting Room Agreement (appendix 15): The Contractor fully and unconditionally conforms to the 'Concept Agreement' (appendix 16), the Non Disclosure Agreement (appendix 12), the concept Waiting Room Agreement (appendix 15) and the Arvodi 2018 (appendix 6). These documents are included in the folder 'Tender Documents'. This means that only the conditions applied by the Contracting Authority are applicable. The proposal of the Contractor does not refer (in part) to other legal conditions, not even if they do not contradict the conditions of the Contracting Authority. If the Contractor is unable to agree with one or more articles, he can propose alternative formulations during the question round. The Contracting Authority will indicate in the memorandum of information whether he can agree to any alternative formulations. The concept agreements are an example for all lots. Only the description and names will be adjusted per lot, not the content.

The core competencies are: 1) Drinking Water Supply, 2) Wastewater Collection, 3) Wastewater Treatment, 4) Urban water Management.
