The Tendering authority intends to conclude one General Framework Agreement for a period of 3,5 years, with an unilateral option for the Tendering authority to extend the contract maximum 1 time by 1 year. The maximum contract period when the option year is used, is hence 4,5 years.The reason that the duration of the General Framework Agreement is longer then 4 years is because the duration of the entire project is planned until end 2025. It is important for the participating companies and organizations that the executor, as well as the individual consultants under the team, remain the same throughout the duration of the program including unexpected delays in project implementation.
