GCA is launching this Open Call to solicit competitive proposals and to enter into a Framework Agreement with (up to five) selected Service Provider/s of the highest calibre both professionally, technically and ethically to implement and execute services to support the integration of adaptation and resilience into infrastructure projects in Africa under a Framework Agreement.
The services provided under this Framework Agreement will support the implementation of projects under the AIRA pillar of AAAP. GCA’s approach addresses key barriers to integrating adaptation and innovative NBS solutions into infrastructure projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and other development partners. The aim is to ensure that climate risk is priced and integrated adequately into project valuations and designs, including NBS measures when appropriate.
