For TenneT, the ability to effectively manage the lifecycle of its contracts with suppliers is essential to achieve its strategic objectives. A project for the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management System of "Icertis" and integration to the ERP system (S/4HANA) has been launched.
The scope of the tender consists of the following seven (7) items: 1. Implementation of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management software and interfacing 2. User Acceptance Testing (incl. test documentation, testing, changes…) 3.Organizational change management services (consulting) 4. Data storage 5. Three (3) months Hyper Care Support for the implemented application 6. Technical Hand-Over to our current AMS-Provider (3 days) 7. Training of Key Users and End Users (in English)
