In support of this, we will request the relevant ratings below for your organisation on the date of the Tender. The results as at this reference date determine compliance to the following requirement:
On submission of the Tender you have sufficient credit rating expressed in at least two of the following three long-term debt ratings:
• a long-term debt rating of A- awarded by credit rating agency “Standard & Poor’s”;
• a long-term debt rating of A- awarded by credit rating agency “Fitch”;
• a long-term debt rating of A3 awarded by credit rating agency “Moody’s”.
If we award the Contract to you, you must also comply with the Eligibility Requirements during the term of the Agreement. In case of non-compliance we are entitled to terminate the Agreement by way of dissolution.
