Control valves are used to control the flow in the district heating network. It consists of a valve and an electric actuator where the position of the valve can be adjusted based on a signal from the process control system. Control valves are used at heat transfer stations and pump stations

The number of Eccentric Rotary Plug and/or Segmented Ball Flow Control Valves needed is estimated at a total of 70. The current indication of the required number of control valve needed is 12 pieces equally divided over the first four years. The remaining number of control valves are equally divided over the remaining eight years. There is a high degree of uncertainty of the estimated number of Eccentric Rotary Plug and/or Segmented Ball Flow Control Valves needed. The expectation is based on the information available at the time of publication of this selection procedure. These numbers/amounts are for information purposes only and do not offer any guarantee for the future. Candidates may not derive any rights from these amounts.

Gasunie intends to conclude a framework agreement with two tenderers. This framework agreement has an envisaged duration of four (4) years and an optional extension of two (2) times four (4) years.
