De Connectie

The theatre of the city of Arnhem (municipal monument) is due for renewal. The renovation includes the demolition of the stage tower, the ‘back of house’ and other, non-monumental, parts, the renewal of the large theatre hall and the addition of other spaces, such as a minor theatre hall and a new stage tower.
The objective is a matching, contemporary, sustainable, accessible and future-proof city theatre.
For this assignment, the Municipality of Arnhem is looking for an integrated design team with the following design and consultancy disciplines through a restricted European tender: architecture, installation technology, construction and building physics, acoustics and fire safety.
We cordially invite interested designers to participate in this tender and possibly participate in this beautiful project.
