The total estimated contract value includes Business Consultancy, Development and Operations Services, and Cloud Services.
Considering the possible growth of projects, the increasing cloud consumption and the maximum contract length will be 8 years, the estimated contract value will be between 20 - 30 Mio euro excluding VAT.
Equigy has set up services with 5 European Transmission System Operators (TSO's), and has the intention to set up services with other TSO's.
The estimated contract value will further increase with 3 Mio per 4 years for every TSO for which Equigy sets up services during the Agreement; see Negometrix for further explanation.
