Provision of consultancy support for the implementation and transition to a new hosted investment management platform (set of services, tools, and software) supporting the investment management business processes of the RFPSS. The contractor will work in close cooperation with the RFPSS and with the Platform Provider. The implementation and transition process entails concerted activities aimed at modernization and transition of workflows across front to back business areas of the RFPSS. Geschiktheid om de beroepsactiviteit uit te oefenen:
Interested parties shall be required to submit a completed and duly signed Confidentiality Agreement (available via the EPO e-Tendering system on the EPO website). Furthermore, interested parties shall answer the selection criteria questions.
The EPO will verify the Confidentiality Agreement as submitted and evaluate the answers to the selection criteria questions before making available the procurement documents.
In case that an interested party appears not to be able to fulfil the relevant (selection and other) criteria and/or whose circumstances are such as seriously to call into question its financial and professional reliability (see Article 2 of the General Conditions of Tender, available under www.epo.org) the EPO reserves the right not to provide the procurement documents.

To enable companies to already now assess their interest in this tender before receiving the procurement documents, the following shall be taken into consideration:
The Contractor must have a proven and thorough knowledge of investment management business processes, have a proven practical experience in projects aimed at supporting and at driving business transitions between platforms, and therein, have the ability to guide clients towards optimal business workflows. Experience with the implementation of platforms in banking environments, in buy-side asset management institutions, is therefore highly desirable. The Contractor must have strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.

If several bidders submit a joint bid, they must be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the obligations under the contract. A declaration to this effect, duly signed by all members of the grouping and appointing a representative authorised to act on behalf of all members, must be submitted with the bid.
