Consultancy support for the implementation of an investment Management Platform for the Reserve Funds for Pensions and Social Security (RFPSS) of the European Patent Office (Framework Agreement)
European Patent Office (EPO)
Provision of consultancy support for the implementation and transition to a new hosted investment management platform (set of services, tools, and software) supporting the investment management business processes of the RFPSS. The contractor will work in close cooperation with the RFPSS and with the Platform Provider. The implementation and transition process entails concerted activities aimed at modernization and transition of workflows across front to back business areas of the RFPSS. The areas include front-office portfolio and trade order management, post-trade support activities, custodian-linked processes, performance measurement and attribution, accounting and IFRS reporting, pre and post trade compliance, reporting requirements in asset management, data exchange mechanisms with counterparties, and other data interfaces.
