The objective of the project GERS is to have a floating functioning hydrogen station with a viable business model that can serve as an example within an innovation environment such as the RDM Dokhaven to the maritime industry.
The Port of Rotterdam Authority is a special sector company in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012 (AW 2012) and opts for the “open procedure” in accordance with Article 3.33 AW2012 on the basis of Article 2a:30 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 2a:28 AW2012. Announcement takes place under Directive 2014/23/EU.
