Geschiktheid om de beroepsactiviteit uit te oefenen:
The Tenderer must be listed in the professional or commercial register and submit proof of registration within 10 working days when so requested by Contracting Authority.
We refer to the Tender Guide chapter 2
The Tenderer must be able to demonstrate that it has the financial and economic standing to perform the Contract, via submitting an unqualified audit opinion issued for the annual accounts.

The Tenderer must demonstrate it possesses the following (core) competencies to be able to perform this Contract:
a. Experience in converting standard ISO-containers to office-units, equipped with an
electrical installation, heating and air-conditioning. Provided with a CSC approval and
compliant with.
b. Experience in delivery of office-buildings composed of at least ten (10) ISO-containers,
whilst the ISO-containers are designed, converted and arranged according to specials
demands of the client and delivered in a time-frame of one (1) year as a maximum,
starting from order until (turn-key) delivery.
c. Experience in maintenance in the Netherlands through a European maintenance network.

There are knock-out requirements concerning the content of the Tender, specified below at K1
through K4:
K1: Satisfy the Programme of Requirements referred to in Annex 3.
This must be demonstrated by completing the compliance matrix. This will also be determined with the FAT and SAT.
K2: Unconditional acceptance of the agreement, established whilst submitting Your Tender.
K3: Successful completion of the ABDO screening.
K4: Satisfy the obligations regarding taxes, environmental protection, job placement and working conditions applicable in the Netherlands.
