Scope of the framework agreement:
The aim of this European Tender is to contract supplier that can deliver the required functionality and quality in terms of Substation Automation. Both a supply contract and a separate service contract are part of the tender.
Supply contract — the supply contract is entered into after a final award for 4 years with the option to extend the contract by 2 years, up to a maximum of 8 years.
Service contract — the service contract can always be extended by one year after the end of the supply contract, up to a minimum of 10 years. This in accordance with the life expectancy (TCO) of the components involved (hardware, software applications, firmware and tools).
