We publish this call for tender as a follow-up to the previously conducted market consultation and based on the responses of several parties.
A fridge for quantum optics experiments is sought. The experiments require subKelvin temperatures with several mW of cooling power and a 1T-1T-1T vector magnet. The experiments will happen with color centers in diamond positioned in nanophotonic devices, which will be coupled with optical fibers using piezoelectric nano positioners. On top of this the experiment requires DC and MW lines and free space optical access. The system shall be upgradable to a dilution refrigerator for flexibility of future experiments.
