The main objective of this tender is to carry out all necessary studies, designs and tender documents for the construction/rehabilitation and expansion of the water supply infrastructure of Garowe, in Puntland Somalia, to meet its current and future needs. The primary beneficiaries of the water supply project will be the water consumers (both residential and commercial users) in Garowe (Puntland, Somalia). Apart from this, the project will contribute to the development of technical skills and datasets necessary for water sector development in Garowe. The purpose of this contract is to undertake all relevant preparatory works (feasibility, ESIA, design and tender documents) to successfully tender the execution phase of the rehabilitation and expansion of the current water supply systems in Garowe.
