Gasunie is the contracting authority in this tender process. Gasunie is entitled to transfer a delivery of goods from this tender process to entities with which it has a connection in projects co-initiated by Gasunie such as Porthos. In connection with this, Gasunie will transfer rights and obligations from the first agreement to a Porthos entity.

The substantiation for the extension is that the framework contract is meant for investment projects with a wide lead time and new deliveries probably fall under special sector part of the Public procurement law.
The second best Tenderer will be awarded a backup contract to ensure continuity.
